Please read the information on this page carefully before you continue to the next section. At the end of this process you will be presented with one ticket, you will need to print this as it is your admission to the Museum, valid only on the date which you have chosen. If once you have confirmed your booking, you would like to change the date, you will need to contact us, using the contact methods described on this site. You will be issued one ticket for the entire order, if any of your group would like to attend at a different time, you should purchase a separate ticket for them, under a separate order. All tickets will be checked on arrival at the museum, you should also have identification with you as it may be required. Photocopies of the ticket will not be accepted. Terms and Conditions Accepted Credit/Debit Cards Changes to your online ticket can only be made through the Museum, you will need your order ID and confirm all the details in the order. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and will be at the discretion of the Museum Management. Any Refunds will be minus a 10% Fee to cover costs and administration. Refunds can only be made to the card which was used in the initial transaction. All Card Transactions for Online Tickets are handled by Worldpay and subject to their terms and conditions .
